dogewallet-desktop's Issues

Description with non-ASCII char cut short

I tried to change the XDOG description to "No dog like XDÖG". Became "No dog like XDÖ".
Adding a space at the end gave the desired result. "No dog like XDÖG " -> "No dog like XDÖG"

Tested with a string with lots of non Ascii; "Дддд дддддддд ддддд" (19 char long = 17 'д' and 2 spaces).
Here I had to add 17 spaces to get the correct description.

P.S.. Don't be confused by another bug in Xchain or in DogeWallet desktop (non-ASCII chars are not shown). You can view the description in DogeWallet web under 'Show Info' (but only if you hold tokens).

Balances in reused addresses partially stuck

For addresses that have been reused for deposits and sends at least a few times, a portion of the balance sometimes gets trapped in the wallet, resulting in the following error message (note: there are no unconfirmed transactions to or from this address):

Error composing send transaction via API: Insufficient DOGE at address Dxxxx. (Need approximately xx.x DOGE.) To spend unconfirmed coins, use the flag --unconfirmed. (Unconfirmed coins cannot be spent from multi‐sig addresses.)

Example 1: address DHsxofo6HGPzYiadB6ZtqnDfua3b3SPXC9

Current balance displayed in Dogewallet: 202 DOGE
Balance displayed on xchain: 470 DOGE
Balance displayed on blockchair: 202 DOGE

In theory, 201 DOGE should be available for sending. Trying to send 200 DOGE results in the following:

image

A lesser amount can be sent but a portion of funds remains stuck at the address.

Example 2: address DLWZRASxuMauhViYDQtuziBcXkhpTdD18f

Current balance displayed in Dogewallet: 3 DOGE
Balance displayed on xchain: 3 DOGE
Balance displayed on blockchair: 3 DOGE

Trying to send 2 DOGE results in the following:

image

Example 3: address DQgHXkXrVwSATa1EXgvn2vH6SHecdthu3V

Current balance displayed in Dogewallet: 146 DOGE
Balance displayed on xchain: 146 DOGE
Balance displayed on blockchair: 22 DOGE

Trying to send 20 DOGE results in the following:

image

Trying to send 10 DOGE results in a successful send.

After the transaction confirms, the new balance according to Blockchair is 11 DOGE. Trying to send 8 DOGE results in the following:

It appears that balances are incorrectly displayed in the Dogewallet and xchain on occasion, although some funds from the more conservative Blockchair balance often remain unspendable.

incorrect automated cost adjustment in dispenser creation

First is when trying to make a dispenser which dispenses at .1 doge, the wallet automatically changes that.

I try to dispense 1 token for .1 doge, when I navigate away from that field, it updates to .14...

image

I didn’t notice the change till after I created the first time, and it rounded that up to .166

image

The next time I just made my dispense amount according to the cost adjusted by dogewallet.

XDP Exchange pair tab causes error after refresh

The Dogewallet Exchange markets for the XDP pair become un-sortable and the pages un-navigable after a refresh, which appears to happen once every 15-55 seconds. This makes it difficult to effectively browse XDP pairs using the wallet. After a refresh, the user must exit the Exchange section and re-enter it, or click on the Exchange tab again, which re-enables functionality but also restores the sorting and page # to default settings.

This is what the Exchange tab for XDP pairs looks like before a refresh occurs (still possible to sort columns or navigate pages):

This is what it looks like after a refresh:

Additionally, it is no longer possible to search for XDP pairs after a refresh has occurred:
