Welcome to DataDepot,your simple Dropbox clone built using Next.js and Firebase. DataDepot allows you to upload files, rename or delete already uploaded files, providing you with a convenient way to manage your data.

Upload Files: Easily upload files to your DataDepot storage. Rename Files: Rename existing files to better organize your data. Delete Files: Remove files you no longer need.
Clone the repo from github to your machine
git clone https://github.com/DollyXSoul/DataDepot.git
Install Dependencies:
cd DataDepot
npm installSet Up Firebase:
- Create a Firebase project on the Firebase Console.
- Enable Firebase Authentication and Firebase Storage.
- Copy your Firebase configuration details.
On the top level directory,rename the file .env.example as .env and add the required keys to the file.
In the project directory, you can run:
Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in your browser.
