rdm-wiki's Issues

Design an exercise based on the MRI workflow

prepare data for multiple subjects to add particle issues to the exercise. For example, inconsistent content, naming convention, or subject should be excluded following the ethical issue, etc.

Design an exercise based on a workflow without MEG and MRI

I suggest also to design an exercise based on the workflow that we expect people to use in the cubicles, in the dummy MRI scanner or EEG labs. For example gather data from different windows computers (using a USB stick, or by logging in with your DCCN account on each computer and transferring it to the p or m drive), and then use the uploader to organize this data and transfer it to the DR archive. This example should also consider how to archive data when logged in with the meduser account (currently the default for lab computers).
