Disable SSLv3 for [tls::import]
Due to the recent Poodle attack, SSLv3 has been disabled by some servers (such as, apparently, check.torproject.org).
Thus the sample code no longer works, as the SSLv3 handshake (the default for tls) is rejected by the server.
Perhaps the tls::import command in the sample should be fixed by appending the -tls1 1 -ssl3 0 -ssl2 0 options to enable TLSv1 and disable SSLv3 (and older SSLv2)?
