Request class doesn't support file upload/transfer... add it

It seems that serializing configs and writing them is more costly (perhaps due to deserializing) than reading live configs.

inKWell should look at the execution mode, and if it's production it should attempt to store the full config in APC. It should then look in APC for the config before trying to build it.

The config should be stored in a key which represents the config class and the environment, so different environments will not load each others configs.

Along with the other issue around APC caching of configs, APC caching should also be enabled in production mode for the class loader.

On a sidenote, it'll be very useful to add a cache to the app at the early stages and allow it to propagate through __init() to various classes which might use it. Response currently checks for APC availability on it's own.

Flourish cache class should be finalized and a cache object can be registered with the app to be used by other classes. This will allow more than just APC.

Scaffolder and Scaffolding is currently dead in the water. Finish it.
