Per this project's requirements, we have made this repository publicly available. If you are a student enrolled in CS 598 - Deep Learning for Healthcare (any semester), you are not permitted to utilize any part of this repository for your own project. We do not accept responsibility for any breaches of academic integrity that may occur if other students copy the materials contained herein.
This repository contains pre-trained model weights, which are derived from licensed raw data for which you need to pass a training course to access. By proceeding past this file or executing any code in this repository, you are certifying that you agree to the following:
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer the data into a form other than provided,

- you will not use the data for any purpose other than this assignment, and
- You will maintain a up-to-date cerification in human research subject protection and HIPAA regulations.
Much of the code in this repository is derived from the original open source research code. When we downloaded the research code, it had many serious issues and could not be run. We spent a lot of time and energy to clean it up and get it running properly. We aim in this repsotory to make the code both in the notebook and in the original/
directory (the location to which we originally downloaded the research code) easily runnable. ./original/HOW_TO_RUN.md
contains instructions on how to run the code in the original/
directory.
