JAVASCRIPT-ImageProcessor

apply different effect on image, without backend dependencies

Motivation

this tools is developed mainly for performing Canny edge detection. the reason of develop such tools is because our boss said the canny edge image is beautiful when presenting a paper about Piezo1 ion channel induce curvature on liposome. To demonstrate our lab can also use self-developed software to perform Canny edge on our lab image(if needed).

usage step

  1. click choose image and choose either PNG or JPEG image on your computer
  2. choose processing method
  3. choose parameter of processing
  4. click execute function
  5. wait for the alert pop-up and once click ok, the image processed image will be shown in the lower part of the website

reminder

  • when carry out subsquence processing, the image base will be the processed image instead of original image
  • You may reload the webpage to perform next round of processing
