I'd like to make a request. Ia it possible to assign a shortcut key sequence to to program.
It would make it a lot easier for me to use, I'd even be willing to pay for it if that helps.

Cannot get it to work.

I have tried following the FAQ. installing the newest version of Net framework, making sure the windows firewall was the only one enabled, ect. But I cannot seem to get it to work. I would love to play D2 but if I am going to be forced to play with others im just not going to.

Hasnt worked at all for me

Title. D2SE (and most other methods of solo que) dont seem to work at all for me. Ive downloaded the most recent .NET version, made sure I have windows firewall active, still nothing. Manually using powershell Scripts isnt working either. The program is being run with admin perms. I have no idea what the problem is. Ive tried queuing for Onslaught & Strikes so far, niether of which have worked. Im playing through steam on Windows 11. Any help?

I have recently tried to use this app to play solo in D2, and when I was trying to solo some nightmare hunts, I kept being loaded into ones with other people. I saw the last update saying it worked was in Nov 2020, so does this still work and is this still a viable method to have solo mode in D2?

enabler isn't working

i have tried the solutions in the above comments with no luck. it still match-makes me with other users

Can you manually deactivate the script

I've run the old version and turned the solo mode on but then the program crashes when I try to turn it off. More recent versions don't work at all.

Freezing/crashing to desktop when the Enabler is active

Hey there,

Thanks for making this, I've been using it for months and love it. I haven't had any issues until recently.

What happens is the game randomly will freeze (video freezes, no cursor, audio loops the last 2 - 4 seconds, other applications are fine, alt+tab works) and will crash to desktop with no errors after maybe 5 - 10 seconds of being frozen.

The only reason I'm posting it here is because it only happens with the Enabler active. I've had probably a dozen instances over the last four or five days. I can play for hours with the enabler off without issue but if it's on, I'm guaranteed a crash within about half an hour to an hour consistently.

I'm not necessarily suggesting the app is directly responsible, I realize the idea that something that is changing firewall rules and causing a game to freeze after it's been running is a stretch, but I don't know what else to look at. I love playing with it and it sucks that now I basically can't use it.

The exe fails to run

When I run the exe I get "Destiny 2 Solo-Enabler has stopped working". I've tried the older releases too. What could be causing this?

Hasn't worked

I just got the thing. I have no third party firewalls. I didn't have any of the problems with chrome or windows trying to block the program at all. When I turn it into a desktop icon to right-click to run as admin, I gives me the window for " do you want to allow this to make changes to your device?" and I say yes. I never get the chat message in-game saying that it can't connect to servers, and everything runs as normal. Is there anything that I forgot to do?

An UI suggestion

I thought I's make a comment about the UI since the from the description you seemed to put emphasis on it.

It's not necessarily clear if the the solo play is on or off. When looking at the program it could either be a an indicator that shows what state your currently in or a button that switches to the state shown.

Take this screen for example. It could be telling me that solo play is off or it could be telling me I need to push the button to turn solo play off.

My suggestion would be to have an indicator separate from the button that tells you if solo play is enabled.

was wondering if you could update it some how? I much rather solo strikes then play with people

NOT WORKING

I downloaded this programs latest version and was followed all the steps to keep the program rather than it auto deleting itself but when I turn it on while in orbit I'm still put queued in with other people. No notification saying the services are unavailable either. Can you help me pls?

Is this Steam exclusive?

I saw mentioned it blocks ports used by steam, if Im using epic games version will this work? I love the game so far but cant stand having to que with randoms who race through as fast as possible. I want to take my time and enjoy my first runs or perhaps do bounties or something, this is insane that you had to come up with something like this but I surte hope i can get it working.

This works in the current state, due to the way they use steam sockets. I doubt the gamepass version does. Do you have any insight on this as I go download it to find out? I'm writing my own utilities and it could save me time if you already have the answer

Possible IP Whitelisting?

Heya! I was wondering if there was a way to make it so that you could whitelist certain IPs. I haven't tried this myself yet, but, provided it works the same way as GTA V(which it at least seems to with my limited knowledge), it should be as easy as allowing IPs to be added to the Windows Firewall 'scope' section for the rules. In short, I'm hoping you could make it so only certain IPs would be able to connect to you. That way, if I have, for example, just one friend and we want to just hang out in a private open world area or playlist strikes or what have you, we'd be able to. Is this potentially possible?

Example of one of the tools for GTA V that do the same thing here. I don't know how applicable the code is, but I believe that same method of just adding the IPs to the inbound/outbound rules' scope should hopefully work:

Still loading into matched strikes

I had everything disabled when I downloaded your file, as well as when I launch it. But I'm still getting matched with people and there is no service interruption message from steam indicating some features wont work. I believe they may have patched something since your last video showing the program working.

Bungie has banned a lot of accounts recently without reason. Most people said that Bungie banned them because they are using net limiter. I'm just wondering if destiny solo enabler will be counted as a net limiter or not. I was worrying and I hope you can clarify this problem. Thank you

cant play matchmaking anymore after my friend turned it on with me in the fireteam.

as i stated i cant play multiplayer anything anymore. tried resetting my firewall to factory settings (didn't work) went in and specifically enabled the D2 app as well as steam . still to no avail though. any ideas?

Not working since TFS

Am I the only person having issues with it working after TFS update?

Solo Enabler adds Firewall entries, but is not blocking matchmaking.

The issue started around 2-3 days ago. I had not used Solo Enabler for around a week more or less and that last time it was working perfectly.

Solo Strike crashes to desktop

I have an issue where whenever I play the strike that I'm soloing it crashes to desktop. I do not know how to fix this. It only occurs when I'm soloing the strike, not regular or in any other game mode in Destiny 2.

Update: Tested it out more. The crash only seems to occur in Vanguard playlisted strikes. Individually selected strikes experience no crashes.

AntiVirus with Firewall

pls make a note inside the Programm if u use an antivirus like Kaspersky with its own firewall u need to turn the Antivirus off for the usage time of this script.

Can't play with matchmaking anymore

I have been using this program for the past couple weeks with no issues besides the crashing issue that another user posted below. But as of today when I used the .exe I can no longer play with matchmaking. It is like I never turned it off but I most definitely did. I have restarted the game and program multiple times but to no avail. I am not very good with computers so I am at a loss as to what to do to fix it. Can someone please help me?

Residual Firewall settings

Love the app, appreciate your putting it together. It has definitely helped me out.

The only issue I have with it is once you disable to enabler, there are some setting still left in place in the firewall. With it disabled, It still takes a very long time to connect to servers and bring up character select. It will also sometimes timeout when trying to load Destiny 2 upon launching. If I go into the Windows Firewall, and reset to default, the game will launch and connect to servers almost immediately.

Two-player isolation?

Has anyone tried using a remote IP address of another player to allow two-man isolation?

From what I understand, Destiny uses one member of a fireteam (or pubic area) as "the host" for anyone else in the instance. You never get to see if that's you or not.

I'm thinking if someone goes into an area first with the rules active it might be possible to allow someone else to join if their IP address is added as exception.

Thoughts?

Feature Request

I use this almost every day for running solo vanguards to blow through multiple vendor bounties in a short period of time, so let me start by thanking you for making and maintaining this!

My request would be an exclusion list. I'm not sure if this would work, but it seems likely that it would, but the idea is to allow people to add ip addresses to a list, and those would be excluded from the filtering on the relevant ports.

This way you could do a larger than one non-matchmade fireteam if every member was allowing traffic from the other players in the fireteam. For example, a 2 man vanguard with no randos shoved in that might spoil whatever farming or whatnot you would be trying to do.

Doesn't Show in Firewall at all.

When I went to check the firewall, nothing showed up. I even went in and set to default, but nothing happened. I am very confused and I have to have the software downloaded and not running to even be able to use the matchmaking of destiny itself. What do I do from here?

Porting to other games

I have been using this to wondrous effect for about 6 months now, but I want to get the same effect in other games, mostly Escape From Tarkov. Is it possible to transpose this to take effect with EFT or other games, and how would that be done?

Stops working after turning off

After use, I have to delete the two destiny 2 inbound rules and then restart PC to be able to use solo enabler. The button is clickable and lights up but still says off. I've tried every combination of settings but still the same results.

I'm on windows 11 v22H2 os build 22621.2134 if any of that matters.

Just wanted to check back and ask how this is working for everyone? Has anyone had any problems yet? I looked around and have seen other people talking about wanting to solo areas and to be honest I think Bungie it just letting it go somewhat.
