Can't upload an empty file about apache-upload-progress-module

Tested with current HEAD by me (merged in by drogus, should be identical) and cannot reproduce:

The file is 0 Bytes. The 304 bytes shown by the module result from the HTTP protocol overhead and thus are correct.

Tested with the plain module+fastcgid, no mod_passenger.
