tower-web's Issues

Adding some move functions onto the web app

Hi, Dr.Tim Ryan
How are you?
For the tower-web application you posted 4 yrs ago, I am pretty into it. And I am trying to developing it upon my request. Like the below attached screen shot.

What I need to do is just adding on the function to drive the drone, simply like moving forward, backward, up and down…., yes just like you drive the drone by the RC sticks, and even without the visual online map. My job is making the web app to work well.
So my question is however, I can’t make my wanted functions worked! I just put on those buttons as you can see, I’ve tried many times with creating some self definitions in main.py and sth else,… but still can’t work.
By the way, I can make all the functions worked well by Tkinter root object, but I think that doesn’t mean too much right?

So would you please take a while to take a look in to your codes, and maybe give me some hints, even that I would huge appreciate it!
I honestly need your helps , so please.

Pymavlink 2.0.3 connection issue

Since I upgraded to pymavlink 2.0.3, tower does not bind the port anymore on connection. when I launch tower tcp:127.0.0.1:5760 it just loops 'waiting for connection...' After some hours of investigation I downgraded to pymavlink 1.1.73 and all worked again. Can you help me with resolving the compatibility issue please?
