Expected: You can start over
Actual: You have to finish the game before you can start over

The bouncing 10 card amused me when I created it, but it doesn't look great.

Similarly, the card showing the active phases while a round is in progress could use improvement.

The Home Screen icon is currently the default Create React App logo. This should be changed.

Serialize the state into local storage in case we accidentally dismiss, navigate away, phone battery dies, we take a break, whatever

Much more common to complete the phase than not. Default to checked.

While the Congratulations heading is correct, the subsequent list of players on the End Screen is unsorted. It would be better to show the results in descending order.

We currently hint at the installation of the PWA in the repo's README. This isn't very useful to people who are linked directly to the app. We could add this tip as a footer or something similar.

The logic is already in place to show all phases or only the active phases on the RoundInProgress scene. However, we do not yet have any affordances to toggle that view.

Add an add player button as an alternative to pressing enter

Might be nice to have a persistent link to the full game rules in case people need to check them during gameplay

When we kept scores on paper we could see who goes first in a round easily. Whoever took zero points. But now we only see the total scores, we need an indicator.

It would be a nice bit of polish to show card icons instead of the text "Cards 1-9" on the scoring screen
