So that it's easier to add snippets within a css snippet. Instead of forcing the user to tab to the end of the line before a new snippet can be started. Will force users to ctrl/cmd - enter to get to the new line (if the cursor is not at the end of a line).

I'm using this package, for css syntax it's great, but it doesn't work with sass syntax

'padding: ${2:${1:1}px}$0'`

should be

'padding: ${3:${1:1}${2:px}}$0'

The ! no longer works as a prefix. Maybe use imp instead. However, I'm using imp for a @import snippet that I want to add to this package.
