Project Setup

Configure Jekyll gem

• Installation

gem install jekyll bundler
bundle install
bundle exec jekyll serve

Navigate to http://127.0.0.1:4000/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.

UI of about page can be improved

[DOC] Social Media Icons - Low Contrast

Description

I noticed a few things:

• The contrast isn't sufficient
• The alignment isn't proper

What I'd like to do

• Add new icons
• Align the icons properly

If possible, I'd like to work on this issue

Add a share button

Inline Share Buttons seamlessly embedded within your content and makes sharing easy as part of your web experience. You have control over exactly where it sits on your page and allow users to share the content to the desired place.

Add a view counter

The view counter counts the number of views the specific blog has got to let other users know how many times the page has been viewed

Add contributors image to the contributors.md

Add the images / GitHub profile picture of the people who does contributorion to this repo automatically

Add a toggle to enable dark/light mode

The Dark/Light mode button serves as an ON|OFF switch which enables you to easily and quickly turn the extension ON or OFF. If you do not like the current theme

Live chat feature/Contact us form

Through this feature when the admin login into the https://www.tawk.to/ website then he can chat live with the audience. And when the admin is offline the form will be changed to contact us form.

Show definition when a word is highlighted

Show the synonym/antonym of a selected word when a word is selected/highlighted

What is scroll to the top?

Scroll To Top tries to minimize this effort by providing an intuitive icon at the bottom-right corner of each page so that with one click you will be at the top of the page with beautiful animation. No more searching for the Home key on your keyboard and no more dragging of the scroll bar

Add a link shortener to share links in the share button where the links are shortened automatically when we share to others for easy sharing of links.
