Add possibility to pause/play when screen is locked/unlocked. Other interactions are open to discussion.

There is readonly access to volume value on status requests. There is also a possibility to do volume up/down. Can combine that to a functional volume control

When minipie is updated tray icon position is not saved.
It should be the same as it was before update.

As it states in the title, for some users it might be handy to have such an option.

Could be an issue with low timeout, but needs investigation.

Status.json does have a volume value that could be used to read current volume. Should research a possibility to implement the volume controller.

Application crashed after actions above

After several weeks/month my log file was >2gb in size. Should be limited to a lower number.

Every time you restart an app log file is updated with WARN entries with "Failed to register hotkey" text

new button on spotify window to minimize to miniplayer, minimizing should hide spotify window.

Buttons like minimize to tray, open spotify window etc. could be added to top right corner of the window.

It might be the case when system volume is turned all the way up (for Skyping for example) with headphones on. And you don't want music to blow your ears when you press play again.

Should cache images based on uri of the image.

There are several cases:

1. Spotify started minimized.
2. The mainwindowhandle of spotify window is < 0

--squirren-firstrun parameter gets treated as token by single instance manager. As a result, the app is rolled back to previous release and 2 apps are observed in Programs and Features. This is a rare issue, and only reproduced if 0.0.2 was running.

• Move win32 login from spotify controller
• Remove polling request to separate class

Should probably refresh the token every time there is a token error.

Originally, I've used album image for tracks. I should change that to use track image (https://developer.spotify.com/web-api/get-track/). Should also restore image cache to use id of the image to define unique images.

Turn on fiddler/any other proxy.
Bug: the app doesn't update song status properly.
This is probably related to bad handling of dropped connections

The shortcut to minipiehelper is added during install. It should be removed.

And possibly add small notification to indicate the song name

Use MSI installer for installation. Create logic for managing updates.

This bug can be reproduced when using multi monitor setup with monitors of different sizes. When moving minipie window to a bigger monitor, and then disconnecting it, the position is saved in settings, and the window is positioned outside the borders.

Right now only 2 states are present:

• Not saved
• Saved.

Spotify has 4:

• Not saved
• Not saved mouse over
• Saved
• Saved mouse over

ShellView is tied heavily into using "Window"-related logic. This should probably be put in a different contol

The following improvements:

1. Disable hotkey actions while on the window.
2. Use textblock to enter hotkey combination (AKA how videogames do this)
3. When focusing out of textbox, validate if the hotkey is not taken by other application
4. Focusing out the window should save the settings.

Just found this today and love it. Would like to see a feature to resize the program to make it smaller or larger.

Using 1.0.2.237 and windows 7.. cover art has not been showing for a little while now. Just shows a monitor with a question mark. The player itself works great as usual.

Should be similar to how slack is using updates.
