And my suggestion is to install torch-geometric version that is not that latest, I can run it in 1.7.2 version, it is fine, and don't use conda conda install pyg -c pyg , please use pip install torch-geometric, now I can run it

For someone who wants to implement this code and can't run it successfully. Here is some comments that may help you:

1. Torch_spline_conv, now has some problems, the repo is still old and not well fit pyg, so if you run the code you may come across_OSError: /lib64/libm.so.6: versionGLIBC_2.27' not found (required by` problems
2. torch_points_kernels and sharedarray both need numpy but have a conflix,

1. In fact our code does not need Sharedarray, in order to ensure that you can run successfully, please restart a new conda environment
2. my gcc version is 7.5.0
