Add some kind of live histogram to visualise the current physics engine metrics and utility function evaluations.

Internally, matter.js creates circles as convex hulls with n sides.

We should not export the vertex data and instead just export position and radius for efficiency.

Currently there's no way to see which commit the deployed version is.

Investigate a way to get the create-react-app build system to inject a version derived from the git commit/tag into the app UI somewhere.

We need to able to automatically add objects to the simulation.

• "Spawner" object that emits objects with customisable random velocities, masses, sizes etc.
• Random forces being applied to existing objects?

Import/export should allow the user to choose whether to import/export:

• the physics simulation state
• the utility function state
• the boundary state
• any combination of the above

Currently we export/import everything.

Currently, one has to refresh the browser after resizing the window in order for the physics canvas to look correct, otherwise it looks stretched.

Add ability to start recording the physics engine metrics and/or evaluated utility function outputs as time series data for analysis.

PhysX 4.1 now has an emscripten/WebAssembly port developed by Amazon, currently available as a pull request in the PhysX repo.

We could consider switching from matter.js for better performance/more accurate physics, or consider something like Box2D.
