document swagger url in README

when I opened up the project I didn't know where to find the swagger page so I had to Read the code to see the routes of swagger so it need to be documented

Admin Routes and Port

I did not find any valid web interface on 4434 which is for admin. 4434 is open but nothing shows. Maybe some configurations are wrong.
