Running the application:

You can run the feed reader and the tests here

or you can download and unzip the folder and then open the index.html file with your browser of choice.

Scroll down or use your end key to view the tests results at the bottom of the page

Tests details:

The following tests will be performed on page load:

  • RSS Feeds

    • Test if the feed array is defined and not empty

    • Test if the URL is defined on each value

    • Test if the name is defined on each value

  • Menu

    • Test if the menu is hidden

    • Test the toggling functionality of the menu

  • Initial Entries

    • Test if the first feed is displayed on page
  • New Feed Selection

    • Test if the feed is updated

Credits

This project is part of the Udacity Front End Web Developer Nanodegree, and all the starting assets are provided by Udacity.

The feed reader app is tested using Jasmine v. 2.1.2
