PCB: Design Decision: Hole on top or not?

The question is, whether it makes sense to put a drilled hole on top which allows...

  1. to carry / fix the token on a lanyard or equivalent
  2. (with the right diameter) makes it compatible with certain building bricks out of plastic (compare the GPN17-Badge).

There is enough "space" on the PCB on top in the center.
On the downside, the cool pattern on top in the middle would be a bit ruined.

Any comments? Otherwise I would decide at the very end. Another option to stick the token to other things could be a safety-pin which probably could easily be attached to the battery holder on the back.

Documentation for Rev. B

It's mandatory to do some documentation for the new revision, including:
