I ran into the same thing and was able to get it up and running with these steps. I know some are probably superfluous... all I can say is they worked.

Open command window (CMD.exe)

C:

cd \EasyDiffusion

C:\EasyDiffusion>"Developer Console.cmd"

(base) C:\EasyDiffusion>python -m pip install --upgrade pip --force-reinstall

(base) C:\EasyDiffusion>pip install transformers -U

(base) C:\EasyDiffusion>pip install accelerate

(base) C:\EasyDiffusion>pip install diffusers

(base) C:\EasyDiffusion>pip install safetensors

(base) C:\EasyDiffusion>pip install transformers -U
