Cmake Error when trying to build about simulator

I think I've solved the second error ('directory not found') by creating the msg directory inside traffic_light_pkg.
The first error is still unsolved, though.

Indeed, after the last commit, the second error mentioned in the initial comment doesn't appear anymore.

But still, I receive this error:
[...] add_dependencies called with incorrect number of arguments,
caused by this line:

Simulator/src/plugins_pkgs/car_plugin/CMakeLists.txt

Line 29 in 6a3023d

add_dependencies(car_plugin)

It seems to me that there is no argument that specifies the dependencies to be added - that may be the reason for which the error arises.
After commenting that line the build completes with no error.

Fixed with latest commit. Somehow a previous commit was not submitted to git and therefore the errors came along. Should be all good now! :)
