Usage of the latest tag for hugo-node image

Hi,
I found your hugo-node image on Docker Hub and it seems to be the only one being actively maintained.
I'd like to use it for a personal project, but I was wondering about how the "latest" tag is set.

It's currently referring to the "h0.76.5-n12.22.1" version, instead of the newer "h0.110.0-n18.13.0".
Is there a reason for that?

NGINX: Redirect fails without trailing slash

Links without a trailing slash don't redirect correctly:

1. [broken] https://openmobility.eclipse.org/technologies/eclipse-sumo
2. [works] https://openmobility.eclipse.org/technologies/eclipse-sumo/

Same problem is occuring with https://openadx.eclipse.org/resources

Need for new dockerfile - fullstack embedded app agent

We need to create a new Dockerfile that allows for builds with the following packages installed:

• mvn
• JDK 11
• Hugo (configurable?)
• Node (configurable?)
• Yarn

The configurable parts aren't necessary, just nice to haves as we evolve our build process. We could always create a patch to create a new version of the image to get specific versions in the future.
