Easy fix, but will wait until changes to API are complete

API v2 exposes the following properties that were not used before:

• Suggestion URLs
• FPC 'full' status
• Response codes (with error descriptions)
• Message priority

These need implementing into the UI (on branch api-v2)

Would want an option page to disable this though

In addition, this should only be used for new data - the weekly FPC shift change shouldn't come up as new data (even though it technically is)

Currently, when there is an error, all FPC slots display as "error"

A basic message is also output to the console

Ideally, when an error occurs, the FPC slots could be hidden and replaced by a box explaining the error and providing any advice

Also, it would be good to store the last recorded site announcement so that in the case of expected downtime, a message will still be recieved
