make it so anyone can upload using the upload link without user accounts

later features on this page might include albums, favourites

currently just a summary list of the replays the user has uploaded

links:
home, replays, feedback, faq - everybody
your replays, your reviews, replays to review, upload - authenticated users

menus:
public menu [home, replay, faq, feedback, upload] - everybody
personal menu [news feed, your replays, your reviews, replays to review, upload] -authenticated users

needs the replay details/comments/review page to be able to be tested

currently planned as a list of replays to review, and a list of replays you have reviewed

write one for the graph database since it's getting annoying now

not such a big priority right now

see if it's better than the current layout

user accounts have username, email, password, summoner name

prompt for login if unauthenticated and click to upload

thinking about multiple summoner names per user

this is also applicable to "my/your replays" page

currently uses button highlight to tell user location, but not good for user only pages
