Seashark insanity
Turns on a dime (actually literally spins in a circle as soon as you turn at any speed)
I'm able to get it up to about 110 mph in the space of a few seconds before the waves (however small they may be) make it jump up and down so high and low that it loses all momentum and dies by drowning

Riot suspension (?)
Appears to be an issue with the riot where parts of the model attached to the wheels are stretched.
Tested on FiveM with vanilla riot and 11john11's LSPD riot. No other handling mods affect the riot and there are no other scripts that affect vehicle handling. Using https://github.com/Eddlm/TheNewHandlingProject/blob/master/Files/handling.meta
