integrate watchexec

if we add support for watchexec this could potentially execute a jekyll rebuild without having to use gulp, parceljs or npm scripts.

Add svgsprite support

Compile all of my SVG logos into a single file, then simply reference them whenever they’re needed. With the svg use element

ie: <svg class="icon"><use xlink:href="#github" /></svg>

npm commands stop working/break with `npm config set ignore-scripts true`

when a users has npm config set ignore-scripts true all npm commands break and flightdeck will not start.

current work around is to use yarn command in place of all npm commands.
