View output when finished

Hello

Great and simple plugin.

Would it be possible to view the output of make once finished.
My default make target compiles then run unit tests.
Once finished, tests are ok, but I cannot see the ouput.

Filetype highlighting

Not sure what exactly causes this, but if I use regular :make, the current behavior is

1. Run make
2. Populate quickfix list
3. Jump to first result (without opening the quickfix list)

In this case, the file opened via 3 is correctly syntax highlighted based on the filetype.

When I use :Amake, the first result doesn't have syntax highlighting. If I then move to the next quickfix item that one has syntax highlighting, and when I go back to the first, it will then also have it. It's only when the quickfix list first opens and the first result is jumped to that it's missing.

(But this issue aside, thanks for making this!)
