Define which SKU's are going to be allowed for landing zone deployments. These values should encompass a family of SKU's in order to align to reserved instance purchases.

It is important to define which Azure regions will be allowed for deployment. It is recommended to scope this value at the landing zone management group. If you have workloads with data sovereignty requirements these policies can be scoped again to a management group aligned to managing those workloads.

Need to incorporate exclusions for certain items where we want exemptions. As an example, a policy trying to create a default resource group will fail if it doesn't match the naming convention.
