Switch to OAuth 2 from HTTP Basic Auth and OAuth 1.0a. They are being deprecated.

We already show the item description from Wikidata, which is useful.

Including the first paragraph from Wikipedia can provide even more information.

I would like to suggest adding attribution for OpenStreetMap.
Example: "OpenStreetMap" (without copyright symbol), or "© OpenStreetMap contributors" (usually with copyright symbol).

thanks for your easy-to-use-tool and I hope you will continue supporting https://map.osm.wikidata.link. But I get a lot of time-outs, even on low hits. Please also check saving the matches to OSM.

I try to link buildings in OSM with heritage items in wikidata. OSM buildings are often not tagged with heritage, but with address.
Please also search for OSM-buildings with right address if address is available in wikidata (but not tagged as building).

Website loads indefinitely at https://map.osm.wikidata.link/ .

We're already timing API calls. We can record slow API calls in the database and report them to admin.

Show the OpenStreetMap community what data you are using. Add your project to the list of Taginfo Projects.

(eventhough this may largely mirror id-tagging-schema.)
