A gateway between IRC chat channels and Telegram groups, supergroups and channels

When an user sends a voice message by Telegram, the script first prints a 'received audio msg' and then a 'received voice msg' to the IRC channel
To reproduce, on Telegram do this:
/addquote
/quote
Eggdrop: quote not found
It gets written to the quote.txt file correctly though
0x02 bold text 0x02 --> bold text
0x1D italic text 0x1D --> italic text
0x1F underlined text 0x1F --> u̲n̲d̲e̲r̲l̲i̲n̲e̲d̲ ̲t̲e̲x̲t̲
0x0F --> if is open, then ; if is open, then
Telegram users can modify messages/photo's etc which they've already sent
When using some chars like ã
and similar, i receive this error in partyline:
libtelegram::sendMessage: 400 - Bad Request: text must be encoded in UTF-8
can this be fixed?
Thanks
answerCallbackQuery method, all payment methods, all Telegram passport methods and all Games methods are currently not implemented.
Use the same functions as addPublicCommand and delPublicCommand for Telegram commands
Example:
–
See quote 240
Do something like this:
if {$name eq $left_chat_member} {
putchan $irc_channel [format $MSG_TG_USERLEFT "[utf2ascii $name]"]
} else {
putchan $irc_channel [format $MSG_TG_USERREMOVED "[utf2ascii $name]" "[utf2ascii $left_chat_member]"]
}
Due to a bug in "channel" and default handler (missing ] )
[15:08:42] telegram::pollTelegram: Not connected to IRC, skipping Telegram poll
[15:08:44] telegram::pollTelegram: Not connected to IRC, skipping Telegram poll
[15:08:46] telegram::pollTelegram: Not connected to IRC, skipping Telegram poll

Hello! I have checked out many telegram-IRC gateways/relays and was wondering about a demo screenshot of this before using it. What this means in particular: "1-to-1, 1-to-many and many-to-many linking IRC channels to Telegram groups/supergroups/channels"
In my wildest visions it would be fun to have actual IRC nicks per Telegram nick, does the feature above mean that, or something else?
Screenshot to README at least?
E.g. replace [exec cp] with [file copy], and use [file join] for source directives
Change:
You've been kicked from this channel by a Telegram user
Into:
You've been kicked from this channel by username@Telegram
if {$tcl_version < "8.6"} {
puts "Error: can't load Telegram-API because your Tcl version is lower than 8.6"
}
To reproduce:
/addquote Hello \ud83d\udc4c
.quote Hello
eggdrop: Hello :hand_ok:
It crashes for me as soon as i source /path/to/your/scripts/Telegram-API.tcl and rehash my Eggdrop.

I've been trying to link multiple IRC channels to a single telegram group. I can't seem to find any instructions on how that should be setup in the config file.
In the features section it references many-to-many linking of IRC channels to Telegram groups, which makes me think it's possible.
"1-to-1, 1-to-many and many-to-many linking IRC channels to Telegram groups/supergroups/channels"
