When you get equal counts for problems with different severities pie chart displays wrong colors.

You should replace
colors = list(dataframe["colors"].value_counts().keys().tolist())
with
colors = [severity_color_map[severity] for severity in labels]

severity_color_map is the dictionary extracted from dataframe["colors"] = pd.Series(dataframe["colors"]).map( line.
