Code release of "Imputing Various Incomplete Attributes vid Distance Likelihood Maximization" (KDD 20).

Input:

int K;  // the number of considered largest likelihoods 
int L;  // the number of learning neighbors for distance models
int Can;  // the number of candidates for imputation

Output
