Resolve named imports in lib

The 'paths' key in tsconfig is tricky. It allows for convenience when programming, but the import paths are not replaced when .js files are emitted during the compilation step.

There are multiple ways around this: avoiding named imports, module-alias, tsconfig-paths, using webpack with a plugin, etc.

Copy non-ts file to output dir

Module files (config.yml & files/**) are not included in lib after building. I could keep them outside src and add them to files in package.json, but I think I should rather do something similar to this.
