Description

Re https://elilillyco.github.io/rfacts/articles/generate.html, FLFLL can take an entire directory of FACTS files and process them in bulk. Should be faster than one-FACTS-file-at-a-time usage of FLFLL.

Proposal

The new FLFLL has the ability to run simulations. This could potentially simplify run_facts() and make it easier to maintain. Might also simplify system configuration.
