engine's Issues

Context support

Hi,

Your engine looks great, but since it doesn't support DOM contexts it can't handle many behaviors :s

:empty broken in IE < 9

It appears the ":empty" selector does not return the correct number of elements for IE <= 8. This appears to be a problem in ALL of the selector engines I have tested (Sizzle, Dojo, Prototype, MooTools, NWMatcher, Qwery). Perhaps a bug in IE.

Object expected with IE<=7

I think we must add JSHint verifications to have a clean and robus source. I can deal with it if you want (and with build scripts, by this way you could add engine to microjs.com list).

Speed tests

Maybe it will be useful to have a working slickspeed test... Currently, my tests are not relevant because the actual slickspeed is not really powerful and Slick cannot be tested at all...

Perhaps, we need another benchmarker but I don't know if we could a such simple tool...

Otherwise, I could fork and improve it...

What are your thoughts?
