Wrap sidebar to top instead of bottom

Is there an way to wrap the sidebar to the top of the page when shrunk instead of the bottom?

Update to Bootstrap 3.3.x

I think Shiori is currently using Bootstrap 3.2:

Show Link to /archive below posts on index.html

I think it makes sense to show a link to /archive below posts on index.html to let users know that there are more articles than what's listed here. It also makes sense to show the total number of posts (example: View Archive (10 Articles))

Maybe it makes sense to use block level button ("btn btn-default btn-lg btn-block):

Would you please support Categories in the Archive Page?

I love your theme and just installed it for my blog. One feature I really want to have is to list the categories of each post on the archive page, and when user clicks on the category, it will direct her to a page of all posts under that category.

Would you please add this feature?

Ability to define custom color

Would it be possible to add a custom color on _data/theme.yml?

color: "#f00"

Then it should use this color for the theme?

PHP Syntax Highlighting

PHP Syntax highlighting doesn't work!

Add cover image?

Can we add a cover image feature such that, when you add

cover_image: "http://example.com/some_image.jpg"

to the YAML front matter, it adds a full-width cover image on that page?

Example

Jekyll throws error on jekyll serve - "Cannot load such file -- jekyll/version (LoadError)"

Whenever I do jekyll serve I get the following error:

I'm a little new to Jekyll / gems. I did a little research and found out that if I remove the Gemfile, the jekyll serve works just fine. I am using Jekyll version 2.5.3

I will likely not be hosting my Jekyll app on github pages, so do I really need this dependency?
