I just deactivated then deleted the Shadowbox Js Plugin and my featured image is working again.

Also seeing this.

The attach is actually happening but it's not being reflected in the Feature Image metabox.
Reviewing the Media page you can see that the image gets attached successfully.

Pre-existing Feature Images will display in the metabox after ACF activation.
It's only after ACF is activated, any new Feature Images don't show the preview in the metabox.

Edit: Actually the Media says it's attached but it doesnt show in the loop either...

I've done some work lately on the featured image issue. This should now be fixed.
