Hi Elliot,
i hope you can help me out here.
I see you also implented Meris expression pedals feature in your editors.
How is it possible to have an expression pedal connected to your editor/Meris input when there is no spare input for it?
My setup is:
Laptop (with your editor) going through a Roland UM-One Midi interface to the Meris I/O and then into the pedal.
What extra device do i need to have? What do i have to configure and how...?
Send the Expression pedal firstly though a Midi Keyboard with USBout connected to my laptop? And then connect this keyboard somehow to your editor..? Most keyboards will not have CC-programmable outputs... i am confused.
Best,
Jörg
Hi Elliot,
I get "Failed to execute script main" when I run the Enzo editor. Here is the log file I get.
I know you suggest disabling antivirus during install but on my work system this is not an option. I have tried running both the install and the program as administrator but no luck. I am connecting from a Morningstar MC-8 and it communicates with the Enzo just fine through its TRS out.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Mike
Hard to say if this would be possible, but I am attempting to manage patches for both my Enzo and Ottobit Jr.
I regularly use both pedals together for further sonic options and it would be great to be able to edit both pedals at the same time.
When I have one of the editors open and connected to a pedal, attempting to open the other one prompts a fatal error. Once the first one is closed the other one can be opened successfully.
Is there any possibility of this functionality in the future?
Hi there, I am using a Disaster Area QConnect to connect my Enzo to the Enzo Editor on a Mac running Big Sur. For some reason although it looks like it's connecting the editor won't go past the 'Reading presets, writing names' stage. Are you able to fix this? Thanks.
I'm using a USB MIDI interface connected to a Disaster Area MIDI Box One, connected to the Enzo via a TRS cable. I have set all the Enzo configurations as prescribed in the app. My PC is running Windows 10.
I seem to be having an issue when connecting to my Enzo pedal.
I am on Windows 10 and am using a usb to midi adapter to connect to the Enzo via the Meris Midi I/O box.
Upon selecting the correct Midi device and channel and clicking connect I receive the message "Midi Failure: Run 'Audio Midi Setup'", with the only option being to exit, which brings up a prompt saying "Failed to execute script main". The program then closes.
The usb to midi adapter is functional and is able to send and receive Midi data.
Not sure what else I can try here.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Hello:
I have installed the Enzo Editor and I'm getting the 'Failed to execute script main' pop up. I am experiencing the same with the Hedra Editor as well. I have looked through the existing issues, and have not found any solution.
I am running these programs on Windows 10, via virtualbox on an Ubuntu Linux host machine. I am a bit ignorant of Windows, but I am pretty sure my anti-virus is turned off. For both installations I have checked for the presence of a main.ini file in the C:\Users\your_user_name\Documents[Enzo/Hedra] Edit Presets and Library directories, but there is no file, only library.json.
I am a web developer & linux admin, but not big in python or windows, but let me know what other info/help I can provide.
Thanks.
-dave.
I am attaching a log file from the last attempt at opening the Enzo Editor.

HI, I dowloaded the Enzo editor and installed it on my computer on Windows 10. But when I click to open the apps I get this message: Fatal error. Failed to execute script main.
Could you help me to resolve this?
Thanks!
When I first installed this, my Librarian was pull of presets with descriptions. I'm a newb to all of this and somehow I've lost those. I can load the sysex version and get the presets back, but I'd like the descriptions back if I can get them. I've uninstalled and even re-downloaded the zip.
Sorry for posting this as an issue, but I didn't know how else to contact you.
