After the update to Firefox 63.0 the addon stopped working when a search is opened from the cmd-line or "Open Link in New Window" is selected.

Before FF 63.0 with "Single Window Mode enabled" the cmd

firefox --search foo

led to a new tab which used the default search engine to search for "foo".
After the update to FF 63.0 the same cmd leads to an empty new tab instead.
The same happens when selecting the "Open Link in New Window" entry in the context menu

This could be avoided by allowing use of an inlusion(whitelist)/exclusion(blacklist).

make available option so that opened tab is in foreground or background.

thanks for this nice addon.

One feature i'm missing is the "raise and focus" of the main window when "Single Window Mode" is enabled

With Single Window Mode enabled, it get with "firefox --search foo" a new tab added but firefox stays in background

with Single Window Mode disabled, it get with "firefox --search foo" a new window that takes focus and is raised

Would be nice to get this implemented

Enable for a list of sites or Disable for a list of sites.

This extension also blocks Firefox itself from opening a new window with the option in the menu on the right.
