WF Deployment corrupts DB when no title is provided

When user does not provide any (en_US localized) 'title' in the dialog from which he is uploading new version/file of WF model, the deployment of the model produces corrupted entries in DB tables - name/id of the procdef is invalid because of missing 'title' + ACT_GE_BYTEARRAY lacks byte blob for added model.
This immediatelly results in NPE exception during listing of currently deployed WFs and unusability of the deployed model.

See net.emforge.activiti.WorkflowDefinitionManagerImpl.deployWorkflowDefinition(), 'strTitle' at the begining.

PostgreSQL error

Using PostgreSQL as database, the following error occurs when a user opens his "My Workflow Taks" Portlet:
