Getting Started

Technical Stack and Setup Instructions

This tool is built on the Framework and uses the WhatsApp Business Cloud API for integration. To install and setup this tool, you need a Empress site and developer assets and credentials from the Meta Developer Portal.

Installation

Follow these steps to install the application on your Empress site:

# Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/empress-eco/whatsapp_business_cloud.git

# Navigate to the cloned repository
cd whatsapp_business_cloud

# Install the app on your site
bench --site <your-site-name> install-app waba_integration

Usage

After setting up the app and configuring the webhook, you are ready to send your first message using the WABA WhatsApp Message doctype. You can also use the WABA Webhook Log for debugging and building your own integrations.
