Steinbeck easifies a simple job in a secure way. It can be used to run shell scripts on a (linux)unix box with SSH server during which it can check on-going progress and grab the end result.
If the scripts used create error.txt file to collect when checks fail, if the UI had a simple column to show pass/fail after run is complete and the ability to open the error.txt to see why failed, would be huge step forward.
When adding new scans, you specify the target IP address of the server.
Would like to create scripts that test based on the IP address from that location, rather than coding directly in the script. Usecase would be doing DNS check/Reverse DNS checks on that target server.
