I think it will be useful addition to implement standalone gateway if there is no internet connection and using only wifi & not espnow feature.I tested this broker for few days and it is very reliable. Link is below:

ESP32 have hall sensor built in which ESP8266 did not have. It can be used as door sensor without using any external component specially with ESPNow as low power sensor. It will be even better if hall sensor shut down power to ESP32 when door is closed. When door opens it could power up the ESP32 and it send message saying door is open every few seconds controlled by deepsleep via ESPNow protocol.

As you know ESP32 has 10 touch sensors built in. If possible please implement touch sensors as plugin. It will be very useful plugin to use this for either menu system with oled display or direct input to automate some actuators (used as a switch).
