Support legacy block maps
Currently, only ext4 extents (and inline data for symlinks) are implemented. ext2/ext3-style block maps should also be supported.
Extract bad files
Fix crashes on bad files.
Make the damage visible in the metadata - e.g. add suffix with abbreviated damage description to file name.
Document usage
Write a proper README describing how to use the tool.
Extract files from the disk image to a directory.
Command line option: --dest-dir=DIR
Traverse the file tree:
For each file/symlink, write the file data, set permissions, set user/group.
For each directory, create the directory, process its children recursively, set permissions, set user/group.
