EDIT: Sorry, I couldn't tell if this page was a proposal, or something you were planning to make yourself.

At the moment, it can only repost from one channel to another, which can be on another server, as long as the bot is in both servers.

There are quite a few bots on GitHub that do something similar, most probably better than mine.
