A lot of the positions of details like face, hair etc are currently wrong. This pretty much only affects NPC models that are races characters are, since they vary so much more. I'm probably half way through where the various bits are, but sometimes I have multiple possibilities for some entries (e.g. the ones that are either 1 or 0)...

Currently we don't have the merchant opcodes. Should be a relatively simple thing to catch by parsing in guildhall. Then we need to parse the items for sale.

Heading and and Object type are definitely wrong as they are always:-

Heading 0.0 float
ObjectType 0xffffffff uint

Suspicious of xyz but they're not unplausible values.

Willamina, for example, should be sitting but is not- perhaps try to find the anim number 3 for her? It doesn't look like this was ever implemented

Typically it's set to 0 in the peq database, but not sure what it's for tbh! Will possibly be fixed when cavedude merges his db changes.
