What is this?

This is the META issue for the features I want to cover/learn while I do stuff in my first OpenGL project!
It will be a game with basic controls. Game Logic is not the first, but learning OpenGL tech and implementing very simple should be possible.
No fancy pants features like... script loading or... game editor interface. At least, they are not in-scope at the moment of writing.
