Per device. Wastes time and fills up the log if on every update, the same error message is printed.

This could be implemented as a bitmask so that errors are only printed once per device, i.e.

foreach device in devices {
  if !(device.unsupported & GET_POWER) {
      if(nvmlGetPowerUsage(device...)) {
         device.unsupported |= GET_POWER
      }
  }
}

This might mask legitimate problems though, so it might need to be a bit more nuanced than this.

Yeah, do that.

Program doesn't appear to be leaking, but it'd probably still be nice to clean up allocated memory when a ^C is sent, instead of just instantly bailing out.
