pushstate-anchor's Issues

Not using history api back method?

Is there any way to include the same tie in to the historyAPI .back() method? Similar to the way you've incorporated it into html5-history-anchor via adding the back attribute to an anchor tag?

npm

I am using npm for my server- and client-side files and would love to use pushstate-anchor. However when I execute "npm install erikringsmuth/pushstate-anchor" it fails with: No version provided in package.json. Adding a version in package.json should allow installation via npm.

Event listener should be assigned on attachedCallback

Now pushStateAnchorEventListener is configured on createdCallback which is called once. So, after detaching and re-attaching element to the DOM, the listener is gone.

Expected outcome: line 49 should look like as follows:

HTMLPushStateAnchorElement.attachedCallback = function() {

I will create a PR to fix this ASAP.
