Seems to be related to hotend feed forward pulsing.

There is no locking mechanism on the serial port (ttyUSBx/ttyACMx), yet. Starting a second instance of ddprint will disturb the connection of the first instance. This results in a failed print (if not all gcode is processed and downloaded to the printer).

Currently the host process is responsible to switch off heaters after print finishes. This leads to running heaters if the host process dies, even if the print finishes successfully.
Use a synchronized command and let the printer turn off it's heaters after print.

There is some code to support ultimakers ULTIGCODE. But this seems to be incomplete.
Decide if this is needed and repair or remove it.

Jennyprinter: sporadic error, print stops halfways

Firmware seems to run normally, just the processing of the stepbuffer stops. Maybe irq-related.

Look into http://brettbeauregard.com/blog/2011/04/improving-the-beginners-pid-introduction/ and see if pid algorithm can be improved.
Maybe http://brettbeauregard.com/blog/2011/04/improving-the-beginners-pid-introduction/, http://brettbeauregard.com/blog/2017/06/proportional-on-measurement-the-code/ can be used to avoid temperature overshots. Maybe faster material profile measurement possible.
